1 Appellant Diane Boles (Boles) appeals the District Courts denial of her various motions for an amendment to or revocation of a stipulation into which she entered, and its order granting the El Dorado Heights Homeowners Associations (HOA) motion to have Boles named as a real party in interest, holding her in contempt of the courts order dated June 5, 2006, and awarding attorneys fees to the HOA. Boles also seeks relief from the courts order requiring her to remove the red metal roof from her barn by April 15, 2007. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
